Ace-K
I was wondering about a temporary solution to the door frames/pillars to get them black. I'm saving up money to get it done properly but wanna spend money on other things first. So.. was wondering if vinyl tape would do the job? Has anyone done this before and if so where would I get some? Would this do the job? EBAY TAPE
brewin
i think it would look tacky in vinyl mate in my opinionuseing that sunstrip vinyl you would end up with joins and they would ruin the effectsurely a bodyshop wouldnt charge a lot to paint them gloss black

Ace-K
What? Painting it? Seen a few people who've done it themselves with glossy black spray paint but I just think i'd make a botch of it
Idrees
You can easily fine it for a temporary job, it's only a small area so you wouldn't see joins.
paulgtt
Go to a sign shop and ask for a couple of meters of offcuts of black vinyl, it will be alot better quality then the ebay stuff, its horrible to work with.I should know its what I do for a living
Ace-K
Hmm can't think of any local sign shops haha. Hmm maybe this would be better? New tape
