stod_ep91
Small problem i'm having...Got the engine and box sitting on my garage floor at the mo, box split from engine not a prob (its an auto by the way lol) BUT the torque convertor stayed on the engine side...any other autoboxes ive removed, the torque convertor has stayed with the box so just to ask if anyone knows if this is how it should come apart, and if it is how is the torque convertor removed? Not wanting to go mad with larry the lever if its held on by more than just 13years of usage! haha!Any help appreciated folks, cheers

StarletRick
you undo it from the back mate. can get to the bolts by where the crank is.the converter bolts to a plate thing that is bolted to the crank. so you take the converter off. then the plate thing thats almost like a normal flywheel.
