Ep91 Headlights

Recommended Posts

My headlights are all yellow and discoloured and dont appear to be as they should. Can you split the headlights into two parts to clean the insides as i can see watermarks, dirt, dust etc inside the headlights. Thanks guys

is that how you get the back lights in two pieces then?

and what temperature in the oven do you put them safely without them cracking mate?

obviously you dont stick them in at 200 lol

No mate i have an EP91 still, think i just need to get inside of the lights to clean them and then reseal them with some sealent.

I'm a bit apprehensive of the oven lol i'll melt them ha

I once split 206 headlights in the oven... its an absolute bastard to do, but then again is was french.

I think i recall ending up at around 100 degrees, but only for limited amounts of time becuase like you said... you dont want to melt them lol

But start at 50 odd and just see how it goes :harhar:
