Little 5e Help Please

right i have a 5e head and cams which i was lookin to run on my 4e can i do this? will i see a power gain when maped wit it on ? and what else will i need other than ie: head, cams, valves and 4e head gasket ?

any help will be apriciated

5e head is the same as the fte.

the springs are different, so youll need fte springs.

aside from that it is the same.

just time it up as a 4e not a 5e and youre away.

If you have an FHE head then yes, slight bump from the higher lift/longer duration camshafts

yer i got 4e head as well so basicaly use the vavle springs from the 4e . why do i need to do this is there any power gain in useing the 5e head as i have a 4e as well just nee to no wether its worth doing ?

its just a 5efe are the vavles not bigger in the 5efe than in the 4efte ? and the cams better ?

as this would improve power ?

Valves are the same, camshafts on 5e are eeeeeever so slightly different, but, insignificantly so

5E-FHE I think should be the same (I'll check part numbers) as it had a raised rev limit compared to the normal 5E-FE (7500rpm as opposed to 6200rpm), most people just bolt on
