Problem Fitting Bonnet

I got myself a new bonnet and im having problem fitting it. It bolts on alright but im having problems getting it to latch. Is there a screw to adjust the latch at all? Any help would be great.

is it a glanza bonnet? if so they come out further than the standard n/a bonnets!

Its a N/a bonnet for sure. So no adjustment on latch?

does it have the bump where the intake would normally be?

Are you having troubles actually fitting the bonnet, or is it closing the bonnet you are having the troubles? try be more specific buddy!

It fits no problem but sits on the latch but doesnt want to lock. Its sits up like when you pull the bonnet pull. If that makes sence. Its a N/a bonnet for sure.

have you still got your old bonnet?

If you look at your old bonnet, the you like bend on the bonnet that would get caught on the catch might sit further down indeed to catch the lock. Your new bonnet might not have a deep enough catch on it.. - Use bonnet pins :harhar:

thanks for thats i will see how we go. easy to install bonnet pins? there a guide anywhere? like with what tools and that plus where to attach them on a starlet ep91? and what make bonnet pins would you recommend?
