Joe Peters
alright people.Fitted a 2nd hand hks actuator today...firstly it was the hole type and mines the pin type, so bought a pot rivet with a hole in the end of it (put a lock clip through it) done and done. I've read through the forums (old and new) when it comes to the t-piece ( i need to save money!) do you just put the 2 pipes onto it, then run a new pipe down to the actuator? from efi ------>_______<-------- from turbo (think thats right) | | <- to actuator (HKS) Thanks in hand
Joe Peters
and I've heard some people say block the pipe up ( not the one from the turbo) and some have said leave it open. cheers
Sparky
All depends if you can live without lo boost.Personall I got rid of it and all the other vacuums lines as I was running a front mount filter and FMIC.So yea just block the one going to the solenoid, makes liek alot easier
