hi i have a 98 spec bumper and was thinking about trying to cut the centre out like you can on the 96 bumpers has anyone tried this or have pictures or have any opinions on it

Would look pants, only looks good on a 96spec because of the square section you see.

Cut it out fully looks like a big mouth!

Facelift GT's have the same style grill and look good cut out

if i cut it out fully will i not have to get the notches filled in from the pieces that are vertical if that makes sense

Depends if you want it to look neat

If you do it with a small hand dremel and take your time it should be that bad

then eventually when i get a front splitter will that cover them (optional extra splitter)
