Guest Enzo Posted August 21, 2006 Posted August 21, 2006 hey peeple.imgoing to fit my uprated actuater this weeek and wanted to know if i could fit it without the use of a boost gauge? Quote
lobotomy Posted August 21, 2006 Posted August 21, 2006 Yeah it can but you'd be pretty unsure of the boost you'll be running -- I know a lot of people say say xx mm for 1bar etc but I'd recommend a boost gauge! Quote
ecksjay Posted August 21, 2006 Posted August 21, 2006 yeah best idea is to buy a boost gauge mate, or just borrow one to set it up mate, can get em for next to nothing anyway and will take 5 minutes to set up! Quote
DaMaGe Posted August 22, 2006 Posted August 22, 2006 Get yourself a good boost gauge Geo. Its something you want to keep an aye on as if it over what needs be .. something will definetly go wrong Quote

Guest Enzo Posted August 26, 2006 Posted August 26, 2006 hey ive ran into a few problems tonight trying to fit the actuater and a few other bits, the pin type actuater i had never came with the pin, im gona chin fensport tomorrow but does any one know where i can get the pin that hooks it up to the turbo, ive had to do a bodge job the now and use abit haggis fabrication for now, also noticed a massive crack in the head around one of the studds for the manifold, its a monty size and is now blowing through that crack so a new heads on the cards, a total shitter, this is a set back in my game plan Quote
