Idrees Posted November 29, 2009 Share Posted November 29, 2009 That's a spigot ring mate, what wheels are they?The reason its there is because the centre bore of the wheel was too big for the car the wheels came off. The ring fills the gap in the centre, and makes it safer. You need to measure the centre bore and then we can tell you if you need spigot rings for these wheels to fit your Starlet.
