Michel_M
Yea, cars are quite cheap to buy in Germany. Actually a lot of people here in the Netherlands import German cars that are a couple of years old, mostly the more expensive ones Mercedes,BMW etc. all the premium stuff. I think the Germans only have a 'general' tax on cars which is the same as the percentage for everything you pay that is not food or something. Could make a comparison. Eeehm lets take a BMW M3 coupe:UK: £50,935 --> 56,180 eurosGermany: 67,950 eurosNL: 111,925 euros So basically it's still cheaper in the UK, but that's just because the euro is worth more these days then the GBP. Oh yeah and don't move to the Netherlands.
