Weight Distribution

Recommended Posts

Hey guys need a few things for a uni assignment.

Need to know the gross weight of the vehicle (860kg right?) For my quad GT

Weight distribution- front and rear.

Wheelbase in mm.

And finally the rolling radius of a 15" with 195/50 tyre (forgot to measure at the weekend :))

Don't know exact figure for weight distribution, I believe it was around 65/35 % front to rear, Quad GT was 860kg I think, wheelbase as Meston said

Rolling radius surely will be Pi x D (15" + 195mm)

Sparkler,

This is what my own car was.

Full street trim inc seats etc, and 3/4 tank of fuel.

**********************************

Total weight of the car w/o driver - 905 kg

With me - 979.5kg

Left front - 283.5 kg

Right front - 332.0 kg

Left rear - 186.5 kg

Right rear - 177.5 kg

Percentage wise,

Left - 470 kg - 48%

Front - 615.5 kg - 63%

Rear - 363.5 kg - 37%

Cross - 519.0 kg - 53%

****************************

Hopefully this helps you out.
