gaz Posted February 16, 2010 Share Posted February 16, 2010 Yeh, we stayed in the Hotel Nova, went with college, it could have been better if they all wasn't getting stoned and paranoid (as I don't do drugs) but it was an amazing time. It was druing my more immature time of life.Before we got there by coach my mate fell asleep on my shoulder, and kept rubbing his face on it trying to get more comfortable. I named the coach driver 'green grass' from the show heartbeat. We called him greengrass you fat ass, and he drove like rubbish, switching lanes and crunching gears, and so we kept saying, "pick a lane green grass", "thats a fat ass and a half green grass". Which don't sound funny, but it really was, we had a special voice for it. Stopped in France where we had roadkill for lunch, and you had to pay to use the urinals and the lady could actually see everything, so it was pissing under pressure. We had a camcorder on us in the toilets on the way back too. So all that and more before we even got there, it was bound to be great. Other antics included, walking through gangland territory, getting lost, like miles and miles lost (twice). Stealing stuff out of other rooms, like shoes, bed covers, toilet paper, fridge shelfs. Then pranks, tramps, people passing out and having fits, drink, pictures, someone nearly commiting suicide (serious), nicknames, dutch t.v shows and bob the builder, red light district, the list is endless. lol Quote Link to post Share on other sites
Matt Glanza Posted February 16, 2010 Share Posted February 16, 2010 bit of advice watch out for the trams and people on bikes silent bloody killers and try to find a recognisable land mark near your hotel as its very easy to get lost i walked four bridges(ull see wat i mean when your there)the wrong way at 3am.And ignore any body trying to sell drugs they will pull a gun knife if you respond but dont buy.happened to two of my mates. gaz Posted February 17, 2010 Share Posted February 17, 2010 Yeh, thats true, you get laods of people offering you drugs and telling you to come over, when we was in that gangland bit all the little clans where all turning round and watching almost considering it, and it was dark and down alleys and such.Also the tram and bike bit, the tram nearly hit my mate, missed him by centimetres. chriswoodfto Posted February 17, 2010 Share Posted February 17, 2010 me n my missus spent a grand in 5days on weed and munchies. i did 'accidentally' bring sum back tho. make sure you get to barneys coffe shop, its awsum and he does the best chocolope in town!!! also theres a little coffe shop on the corner just down the road from 'grey area' cofee shop, there weed is amazing too and one of the cheaper places. i so miss the place, dont mis the g.f on mushys tho. not cool Quote Link to post Share on other sites
