Depends on your setup really, if it's ex wastegate, then plumbed into that, if internal, into the actuator.

Bit more to it than that though.

im runing standered ct9 do i need to get a hks actuator? to install it

No you can use the stock actuator.

Hmmm i cant reamember to be honest im just not to sure where you come off the actuator....I'll have a look at my mates today and see how he has done his and get back to you mate... he is still useing the stock actuator aswell
