Idrees
Alright chaps,I'm in the process of relocating the battery to the boot. The 0AWG wire (thickest available) comes to around £60-80 and is used in most occasions. I was wondering whether 2AWG/4AWG wiring will be up for the job?It will only be around 2/3 metres because my fusebox is under my glovebox, so it's just going from there to the boot.Cheers folks,Idrees
Driver
4AWG should be fine to be honest as its the same if not thicker then stock stuff anyway. Mate of mine recently mooved his battery to passanger footwell and used 4AWG
Idrees
And I assume he has had no problems? I'm thinking it should be fine because it's only a short length anyway.
Driver
Nah no problems, none im aware of anyway. And it was done up at race-tech so if it would of been underspecced wire im sure rick would of said something.
