there fukin shit. for a start. NOBODY ever use them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

they sent my st185 brakes through. i asked for, caliper.carriers.pads and discs if disc was ok..

arrived... no disc, shit pads (fair enough) and.... they ony sent half the caliper. no carrier!!!!

ive been ringing all day and theyve said ill phone you back. then they just stopped picking up the phone.

finally got to speak to them and they said 'yeah, we sell the carriers seperatly and you didnt ask for them so there 10each and then 10 postage on top.

i said fuck that mate you must think im stupid, said i wanted a refund as the goods arnt what i asked for. and hes refussed and then started telling me i didnt ask for the carrier in the first place. i know what i fucking asked for stupid prick, what good is half a caliper? does he think itll still work with fresh air and good wishes. knob.

said i wanted the manager to ring me now and hes refused. he said hell ring me in the morning. tosser. makes me wana drive down there and chuk the fuking things at his head.

talk about customer service, if i spoke to a customer like that id get sacked on the spot.

totally. get down there and slam that caliper onto the desk ( not too hard incase ya end up keepin it ) and dont leave till you get what your after or your money back.
