right.. sorry for all this hassle but as im off work atm ive got so many bloody ideas runnin through my head as in which way too go for big big power.... is there any other engines etc that would fit into a starlet.. mr2 turbo? gt4? seein as ive brought it off the orad was thinkin off doin a big big project! but dont wanna go out n start buyin engines n boxes if nothin is goin too fit ...... :harhar: sorry for silly questions just curious too no n why i havent heard of no one else doin it?

The mr2 engine & the gt4 185 engine are the same engine.

the st205's engine is different.

mr2 engine in has been done before.

but your not going to find any larger engine a "straight fit" the chassis is designed for the 1.3 not a 2.0.

your going to have to cut and weld to strengthn the body to hold such a big thing.

Not many others do it because its just too costly unless you know WTF your doing and you can pretty much get a mate or your self to do all fab work/mechanical work/electrical work

alot more goes into these things than just the engine and box.

you need to mock up the bay messure the space you have find perfect mount spots for the engine

fire the engine in, sort fueling, cooling... cut into the loom get the management running & mapped propperly.

for a bigger engine im sure theres more problems.

for this stuff you need BIG pockets or know wtf your doing

i cant understand why you would want a bigger engine in there, thats cheating! we might only have 1.3's or 1.5's but they are solid engines and can achieve a lot of power.
