Require Help Asap

I found this info a few months ago and cannot find it again

Basically i need the Torque Specifications for the 13b Mazda Engine, If anyone can point me in the right direction please shout

I know abit about 13b's but don't have a tq sheet.

i would imagine he means torque for engine components, as the above details, would prob be on the first link on google.

Yeah i require Torque settings for Clutch - Flywheel, Pressure plate ect

My mate is rebuilding Her Engine and cannot find the Torque Requirements anywhere so thought i'd ask around for her not having much luck though
