Catch Tank 3 Ports ?

Just got a catch tank but has 3 ports to it. 1 at the bottom and 2 at the top. I understand how to plumb the 2 top ones but what do i do with the bottom one ? mini air filter!?

I think the 2 top ones will go to the rocker cover, one to the port on the left between ht leads 1 and 2 and the other will go to where the pipe of the inlet manifold goes, the pcv valve, block the inlet up.

And the bottom one will vent to atmosphere.
