They are bent to get the brake lines connected to them. It's not like they are gonna break off!! Otherwise you would never get the brake lines fitted to them as they are welded in the wrong place from factory! Thats why the material on the bracket is quite soft, so it can be bent!! Good good!

Burwash did them for £32 iirc.

For sake of £30-40 buy new ones, HBs stretch over time. It might not even seal the head and block together 100%. and if it did let go againbecause of reusing HB, your gonna have to pay for another HG,headskim,etc

No video, it sounds similar to japspeed exhaust, however its not loud on the motorway when the japspeed was.
