Cant Buy Apps

just bought an iphone 4 everytime i try to buy an app it asks for my payment card , card number and a security code which i havent got a clue what it is, anyone know how i find out what it is?

yeah its a bank card set up through itunes

the accounts already set up its just asks for a sercuity code when i try buy an app
