can anybody help with how to wire up a aftermarket rev counter in a starlet sportif 1999??

live n ignition go to 12v supply eithe fag lighter or stereo. earth to a bolt nearby, then the rev signal wire i put through a grommet into engine bay n spaded it into the i+ part on the diagnostics box. all works good. hope this helps.

If you buy dials from a stealer CD model, they have a rev counter and are just plug and play no wire swapping.

Easier than splicing into wires if you aren't 100% sure what to do.
