andieep82
hey i am thinking of running bigger injectors as the ones i have now are standard and dieing! i only plan to run jam ecu with blitz hybrid so which size would be best would it be 330cc and if i do change do i have to get it mapped or will the ecu just learn that bigger injectors have been fitted?? glanzav.tee
since you have a jam ecu they self learn but as for injector size i've not a clue to what spec but im not going to say yes you can although on a standard ecu you can use 330cc injectors but better to hear it from a tuner
jhonmathew
I have never heard of bad advice. If you put more fuel injectors inject more fuel. The fuel pump is not involved in fuel consumption. It will also destroy the ECM runs the fuel system and, ultimately, the endless series of problems.
Glanza_cl
course a fuel pump is involved in fuel consumption lol, its the only thing drawing fuel from the tank... the higher rate pump you have the more it can flow through to your injectors. then your limited to how much the injectors themselves can flow. whats a ecm?basically if yours are on the way out then 330cc wouldn't harm, not necessarily needed but gives you scope if you change your mind and want more power. they will flow more so you don't have to run such a high fuel rail pressure. The ECU will adjust slightly but be prepared to run rich for a bit, while it sorts things out
