Car Got Some Compliments Today....

We had a carboot sale last week and made a pitance so tried again today at a different place, Celica is surprizingly spacious when it comes to boxes and paste tables!!

Anyway been there a few hours and a chap comes up and starts talking about my car and how nice it is, he's got a gen7 Celica apparently.

Then I go for a wander around and come across a dent removal man, get talking to him about repairing a slight dent on my bonnet and he comes over to take a look and also makes some nice comments.

A bit later another guy starts talking about the Celica and says that he recently bought a "classic" Honda CRX del sol, and hes slowly doing it up with bodykit, exhaust and lexus lights and that its extremely fast!! Then goes onto say that its worth anyway between £6,000-£12,000 pounds on Ebay

But the last 2 lads were very entertaining, must have been around 16-17 year olds, walk past pointing at the car then one of them says "look its a GT4" to which the other replies that its a replica

This argument goes back and forth for a short time till I put them out of their misery and say that yes it is a real GT4, to which the lad that said it was in the first place slaps his mate round the back of the head and calls him a knob

Also got told off by the missis aswell as she said that the car got more attenion then the items we were selling

Nice to get some compliments once a while as don't often get many
