GAB Coilovers

I have got GAB coilovers on my car which I think have been on since Japan to be honest.

Problem I am having is the threads are Stainless Steal however the ajusters are Aliuminium so they have kinda stuck together and I can't ajust the height at all. I have took them off the car and tried all means of moving them but they are just stuck, or when I put a chisel/screw driver in the gaps and hit it round it takes forever and just mashes them up.

Only way I think I can get them off is to take a grinder to them but that would mean I need new ones..

I can't find anything for GAB other than GAB RSONE site which I believe to be in america.

Does anyone know if/of:

A UK Gab Dealer?

Whether all of the (I don't know the technical name for them) but sping holder/height ajusters are generic and a set off some other coil overs could work?

Where I can get some new ones?

Or anything else to help?
