replacing head gasket seals

I think the valve stem seals are either gone or are on their way out. I found a gasket set on ebay which includes inlet & exhaust man gaskets,rocker gasket,stem seals,cam seal + others.

if i remove the head of the engine would i need to replace the head bolts, or would the current bolts still do ok.

you needed to replace them because they r streech bolts
