Basiclly what it is the other week a sold oil temp pres and boost gauge mechanical ones... So a get a txt today and they said there was a wee ding in one a rattle in one and no sensor boxes, now the ding and rattle was there when a packaged/posted them and the sensor box only come with the warning/electronical ones.. He wants a refund so were do a stand as they were 110% working before removed

Can tell him to fuck off but if he paypal disputes it you could be left with no gauges and no money.

easiest solution is to get them sent back to you refund him and claim off courier/royal mail

when you go to post something when you are at the counter they will ask you how much the package is worth, you inturn should then tell them how much it is worth and they will add additional cover if needed, chances are that the guy who bought it from you is trying it on, but then on the other hand if the guages are rattling then they may have been bashed around in the post.

you have £30 cover included with postage i think and then anything on top of that you pay a little extra for.

refund the guy after he has sent the goods back to you

then claim at the post office and you have £50 standard insurance
