cheers. i just wasnt sure if the turbod engines used a different oil filter

there's another guy (nipponev) on ebay who does them slightly cheaper than dave. delivery is almost rediculously fast and have had no problems.

i've used several of the filters from him now (they're OEM standard jap filters, again same as daves) and can't fault them. runs fine and filters just perfectly.

i can provide you with a link if you wish.

also, i left 7,000miles between my oil change (which i did this evening) and even if that was a little long, i was able to unscrew the filter by hand to fit the new one (it only needs hand tightening in the first place).

the one on there before though must've been on there from japan because it took 2 hours to remove, had basically welded itself on, that was a RIGHT cunt.

once you get changing them a few times though its easy peasy, just gotta get your hand in there properly and get twisting.

i've still got all my air con etc also.
