arch enemy

Recommended Posts

Right, I am so annoyed with this company. Had my arches rolled very end of October and I've had the car lowered abit very recently, so after it's been done I hear this scraping, got out looked at my tyre, its being shredded, didn't notice until couple days ago that the arch has been bent by the tyre and is slicing it. Emailed arch enemy and they said we will come and have a look for £45, yer right. So i went to local body shop who said theyve done a very shabby job basically and that they should of rolled the arches where the curve of the tyre starts which they didn't. So now I've paid them to do it, got to pay the body shop to sort it and pay for tyre. For such a well known company the service is shocking, anyone else had any problems with them?

No had any business form them but by rolling do you mean then really sharp lip on the rear, my car was lowerd without a panhard rod meaning the axles shifted towards the drivers side and its eaten a brand new prada spec 2, i have an adjustable RS*R Panhard rod now and that seems to have sorted it but still need a new tyre, do you have a panhard rod or are you running some wide ass wheels aswell

yes got a rsr panhard rod which has all been setup correctly on the car, yes its on one side but body shop said its only a matter of time before it happens to the other side if i hit a bump or something

Hmm well in that case i would be takeing it back lol...Just on the off chance have you checked your RSR panhard recently? sometimes the bolt comes loose on them and can course alot of problems..mine come loose and started knocking and catching one side...just another thing for you to look at.

yes the rod was checked again before it was lowered, got rota grids with et40 offset with 20mm spacers as the offset on those are crap as you probably know, exactly i thought it was the wheels at first but then thought it would be rubbing on both sides if it was, seems to me I might of hit a bump on that side and its bent it on the section that hasnt been rolled
