ep91_glanza Posted February 7, 2011 Share Posted February 7, 2011 Hi has anyone took the casing off a gearbox before ??ive took the 10 or 11 bolts holding it on the outside off and the 3 on the inside off but still seems to be holding on.....all the liquid gasket is off and its apart but wont come further than 10 mm off the gearbox. Ive got to swap the casing over because my clutch went and the bit where the bearing slides up and down has broke into pieces(nightmare) how come one of the most important bit of the car is made out of very soft metal aarrghh cheers mate Quote Link to post Share on other sites
