cam skills boot clips

i kno this isnt very technical and it mite a daft question but how on earth to the boot cover clips work tht you get with a cam skills boot cover I've bin looking at it for ages and still not the wiser haha here are sum pics of it

Ideally you need the right tool for those like these. If careful you can use side cutters

Place on as tight as possible then use something on the oblong shape on the clip an squash it together
