eptommi
Afternoon all, last night after a short drive, i noticed my oil light was very faintly flickering on and off when i pulled up. It would flicker on and off for maybe 20 seconds then stay off for a while, then would do it again. i checked the oil level straight away and it had plenty in it, was right up at the max line.I read through lots of threads on here and decided first thing to do would be to check out the oil pressure sensor, been out and had a look this morning and the wire going to it seems fine. The only thing i did notice was the sensor it self looked like it could be screwed in a little more, is this how it supposed to be? Also where to go from here? Would the fact that my turbo seals are shagged have any effect? Thanks in advance for any help, Tommi.
Taggy
As long as the wiring is fine it will no doubt be the sensor, i think there fairly inexpensive to replace. Just replace it, they should do one at Camskill, google it. No your turbo wouldnt have any effect on that ;)Afternoon all, last night after a short drive, i noticed my oil light was very faintly flickering on and off when i pulled up.
