Joshua.J Posted March 3, 2011 Share Posted March 3, 2011 Hi guys, right I've had this loud squeel coming from the engine area since i got the car. I've had the head checked over and manifold no cracks. I just took my baileys dump valve off and put standard back on and this has reduced the squeel by quite some margin but its still there around the 5,5k mark. So i was wondering is it a possibility the squeel is a boost leak? I've noticed a few cracks around the ruber pipe that connects to the dump valve.Any help would be very appreciated Quote Link to post Share on other sites
string Posted March 3, 2011 Share Posted March 3, 2011 as you've said swappin dump valves has reduced squeel it sounds boost leak related. its annoying but just check all joins etc and tighten up. do one by one n see if it sorts it. hope you cure it dude Quote Link to post Share on other sites
