miib14 Posted April 15, 2011 Share Posted April 15, 2011 I bought an almera a while as a run around a while back with abit of rust on it, was wondering if anyone on here specialises in removing it with the filler etc and then spraying it back up...Thanksalmeras are known for rusting quite bad... especially the n15.. but alright cars though... my cousin loves them.. the parts for them are dirt cheap..and the gti engines (sr20) can be bought for £50 - £100 and full conversion is silly prices (cheap) tooo lolto get rid of rust i dunno.. how bad is it?got any pics? starlet1.3si Posted April 15, 2011 Share Posted April 15, 2011 if its surface rust then most body shops will sand it down and put a thin layer of filler over it and spray it but if its bad rust like holes then im not sure what can be done apart from new body parts unless you weld a plate behind the hole and filler over it Quote Link to post Share on other sites
