azad786 Posted February 17, 2007 Share Posted February 17, 2007 hello i got a starlet sr 1999 and it sumtimes gets stuck when changing frm 3rd to 4th , i always press the clutch fully but it still sticks , would changing the gear box oil help? also sumtimes when quickly accelerating there is a clunk noise when the car lifts off while rolling. ive been told its the engine mountings ? azad786 Posted February 17, 2007 Author Share Posted February 17, 2007 lol engine mount, my engine droped frm one side today so i had to get it towed to the garage and got a new engine mount on one side, but in 1st and 2nd it changes ok, its just frm 3rd and 4th it gets stuck so changing the gearbox oil wont help then?
