starlet babe Posted February 25, 2007 Posted February 25, 2007 Please help, My husband is trying to get rind of an airlock in my cooling system but carn't find any bleed valve, if there is one. If not how do we get rind of it, car is running at normal temp but blowing cold air in side the car. We know there is an expansion bottle, but should the rad be filled to the top? and ran with the rad cap off or what?Please help. Quote

Because I tried it with the cap off for a bit with the water level a bit low in the rad and there was just a load of steam like it was dry and getting hot. Quote
