Heya guys well basically i have stripped my head down and caught my headgasket on its way out before it caused major damage so i have some ARP headbolts and an athena headgasket to go back in there for safe measure :)

Now the point where i need help and perfection is I need to know the exact Torque setting and Torque sequence Of the headbolts please :p And possibly if its available from anyone the torque of every bolt when putting the head back together please :p

Thanks very much!
