RamseyGlanza Posted June 18, 2011 Share Posted June 18, 2011 help someone must know1. have finished building my engine back up new pistons, head and gasket,cam belt ect and also now running a td04 turbo,oil reloctor, and using a jam ecuwell here go it start fine and idle about 600? tick over fine till it gets hot and then start jumping up and down around 400 - 700rmp? and after like 30 sec of doing that will just cut out ?2. no boost sound like its boosting but not reading on gauges and dus not fill like it got a turbo (thinking could be a pipe not on right?) also pvc vavle not in best nick as cracked wen tooking it out will this make any diffiens?or is it ready for a remap?HELP Plz Quote Link to post Share on other sites

rorenapier Posted June 19, 2011 Share Posted June 19, 2011 It isnt ready for a remap if the thing isnt running properly!Did you make sure you have the water and vacume lines on the right way ta the throttle body? Any smoke from the exhaust?If you unplug the ICV what does the car do?TPS adjusted ok?Ignition timing ok? Quote Link to post Share on other sites
