Sparky Posted June 20, 2011 Share Posted June 20, 2011 Hey guys I pulled my AVCR out (temporary because its wired into my field harness with my EMU which isnt mapped yet)Anyway I have noticed its not boosting tidy because of the way the vacuum pipes run to my apexi boost solenoid.I know when running no EBC you leave the top nipple open to atmosphere but the bottom one is T pieced into my AVCR solenoid.My question is where does the bottom vacuum go when not using a boost controller? and my standard boost solenoid is removed. Does it just go from the nipple on the TD04 compressor side straight to the bottom port on the wastegate?Thanks Lewis Quote Link to post Share on other sites
GTnomez Posted June 20, 2011 Share Posted June 20, 2011 From what ive been told is that if your running no B/C then you leave the top plumb out (as you know) and the link up the nipple from the compressor on the turbo with the bottom one as you have said. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

My Td04 hasn't got the nipple becasue it was snapped off and welded up so i just run a vaccum from the bottom port on the wasgate to the vaccum line on the top of the throttle body (T pieced in).
