What do you all use to clean you engine bay

Just been looking at a few pictures of members cars and was wondering "whats the best way to clean your engine bay". Wouldn't mind a few products recomending or tips.

Im guessing it's best to cover a few parts up if a water hose is going to be used.

LOL..............i have engine in the silver starlet, im going to fix it up and run it untill funds become available to sort the white on out.

i know mate so while i has no engine in it, re-spray it! you dont get any cleaner than a fresh re-spray!

G101 sprayed all over, scrubbbed all over with various size brushes then pressure washed off, be very carefull with the pressure washer though as i ended having to change the plugs lol

Autoglym engine and machine degreaser initial spray, followed by scrubbing with various nylon bristle brushes, then hose it down. For bare metal components, I use Autosol with cloths and a wire brush/brass wired brush for heavily corroded alloy parts. Autoglym rubber and vinyl care spray takes care of all the black plastics and ignition leads etc.
