Guest Enzo Posted March 22, 2007 Share Posted March 22, 2007 should be getting my digital boost controller on saturday all being goodnow i know how to plumb it up from the turbo to the solenoid to the pressure sensor- also getting the cables throught the bulk head andegetting the face unit powered up also which is all straight forward.what boggles me is ive heard i need to wire the thing into the map sensor/ecu(dont know anything about this......can anyone give advice or point me in the direction of any faq's ive had a look online but the two ive read are gobeldygookis this something i can do myself or do i leave this to a profesional??? Glanza_Ragger Posted March 24, 2007 Share Posted March 24, 2007 i didnt realise you had to take a feed from the map sensor line.. but it should be easy enough.i dont quite see why you have to take a feed from it though it only controlls boost. do you know which wire the map sensor feed is mate ? if you do just cut the line, solder the avcr feed into it, and rejoin and insulate. if your not sure on the wire im sure i could hunt out which one it is for you mate.just never heard of a boost controller needing anything more than an earth, ground,(illumination maybe and warning light output maybe) Quote Link to post Share on other sites
