Upon inserting my registration number the vehicle make/model comes up as:-DUMP CODE PRIVATE CAR GROUP 001What does this mean? I've had a look on Google for any similar cases and some owners of classic cars and kit cars have had the same make and model come up. Mine is 15 years old (P reg) and an import.Anybody else had this come up or any idea what it means? How do i sort it out?Thanks Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Might be worth ringing your insurance and asking them what the deal is.hi matewho are you insured withi've just read my car insurance documents and on the initial letter it states Cover type - Private CarHence why i think that message is coming up on AskmidThe certificate is fine as it states the full make and model of my car and states its an importIt's upto the insurance company to change this as that feeds into what the Askmid website will state when you insert you registration plate.
