Door trim glue removal

Hi,

I have removed the side trim from bothh sides of my car. I cant seem to get the glue off the bodywork.

What is the best way to get it off without damaging the paint work?

Bug/Tar remover and heating it up, do it a few times and scrape off with your fingernail; it's the safest way

I did mine not long ago, and bug and tar remover was useless, best thing was T-cut soak the glue wait a bit, scrape it with credit card, soak a bit again and it comes of slowly and it becomes shiny too
