K24 set up boost problem

As title I have a blitz k24 , zisco wastegate , aem tru boost controller since fitting them I can't get it to boost at what I want just keeps boosting to 1.7 bar I've tried changing the wastegate spring from a 1.0 bar spring to a 0.7 bar spring I've tried adjusting boost controller even right down to minimum but still boosts at the same 1.7 bar any one got any ideas? Help Much appreciated

check your lines coming off your boost controller solenoid. mine blew off and was reading 2 bar.
