A L 3 X
I have a cone filter fitted to the standard inlet pipes, basically just sat where the airbox used to be for now until I get a better setup, engine is otherwise standard apart from boost restriction removed, ive noticed on idle if i listen in close I can hear a very faint bu-bu-bu-bu burbling type noise form the filter, is this normal or what? You cant even hear it from in the car with the radio/fan on or when driving its that quiet.
LukeSR
Sure its not just the sound of it sucking in air..?
A L 3 X
Probably is tbh, just weird how it does it like a burble? Maybe sumert to do with the fact its FI and not NA?Also, another question lol, i've noticed my cambelt cover to the cam cover has a bit of a gap, is this normal or should there be a gasket or something, or if not does it matter at all? Nads
Not sure on the noise without actually hearing it.For the cambelt cover, it doesn't matter if there is a cap.I run without the cover!
