funny onion Posted February 23, 2012 Share Posted February 23, 2012 personally don't believe heat wrap has much effect on whether a mani cracks or not. quality and grade of stainless, quality of welds, flange thickness, braced or not etc makes more difference if you ask me. bring on the comments saying how wrong i am! rinseep82 Posted February 23, 2012 Share Posted February 23, 2012 Yea but toysports manifolds aren't the best quality out there tbf and the excessive heat kept in because of the heat wrap will cause it to crack faster that's y I would suggest getting a mild steal manifold if you are wanting to heat wrap as the are much stronger Quote Link to post Share on other sites
