jakeep82 Posted February 25, 2012 Posted February 25, 2012 Welded up the old actuator bracket today and is now boosting quicker then it was but as i had to disconnect the battery to weld , the ebc has reset its self and now doesn't stop boosting it has unlimited boost normally set to 1.2 bar but now just goes straight past that .before it would light up red and keep at 1.2 bar now it wont under the "boost" settings it is set to 1.2 but its obviously not working any help would be appreciated Quote

jakeep82 Posted February 25, 2012 Author Posted February 25, 2012 the hoses are all still connected checked over and over them ! i havent managaed to get the turbo apart to fully weld the internal wastegate but i have welded the old actuator arm so that is shut ! confused on what to do or check :/ Quote

Idrees Posted February 26, 2012 Posted February 26, 2012 It may be connected wrong, do a Google search for a fitting guide for the boost controller you have then refer to the external waste gate section. Should show you how it's done there. Quote
