Converting where's best to start? - Anyone done it?

So buying my engine next Wednesday, conversion will be done as swiftly and quickly as possible! I want to convert to a completely standard setup at first!

So where's best to start? Taking the old engine out first? Or tearing out the N/A loom and laying the Glanza one in? Then engine?

Also any little bits you could suggest would greatly help!!
