AC Friendly relocation filter

I keep seeing these relocation filter kits and i really want one but i dont want to remove the ac (even though it is snowing here in april!!) so i was wondering if anyone has made one possible?

Id go custom if not, so this is a question to the traders too

Id rather pay good money for something functional but if no-one can do then i might just mesh it up
