Job Application, Development Areas ???

Hello all,

I know a few people on here will be pretty good at this kind of stuff so thought id ask for some help/tips/ideas.

As with most applications its got 3 strengths and 3 personal development areas and im abit stuck as to what to put ?

Any help appreciated.

Just to add, im not aksing anyone to tell me about myself just some prompts in the right direction with development areas.

well it really matters what sort of job your applying for, would help a bit more but here we go lol

strengths

• Listening and negotiation skills
  
• Strong team member
  
• Ability to multi- task effectively
  

and as of development areas, thats 1 were only you can do or someone who you have worked with etc etc...

Yea i was guessing my old boss would be best option for development areas but thats sound, cheers pal.
