engine ancillaries

looking at buying a 4efte, many i have looked at dont come with ancillaires. would anyone be kind enough to write a list of what ancillaries i would need, im doing a 4efte conversion on my sr.

Oil pump

Cambelt kit

Alternator

Power steering pump

Inlet and exhaust manifolds

Might be more lol

looms, ecu,rad,pipes,fmic,boostpipes vales and so on cant remember of head but cheaper to get rolling shell with(brakes and axles)?
